Lotusfate Return and Exchange Policy

 


General Return and Exchange Information

  • Eligible Returns & Exchanges:
    All orders (except sale items, earrings, and engraved collections) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase.

  • Defective Items:
    If an item is defective and purchased within 30 days, a replacement will be offered. Note: Damages caused by regular wear are not eligible for replacement.

  • Sale Items:
    Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Opened or Used Products:
    Our scents collection, sage sticks, candles, and soaps cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

  • Refunds After Exchange:
    After an exchange, the item(s) are no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Special Promo for Defective Items:
    Defective items priced at $49+ and purchased within 1 year, with proof of purchase, may be eligible for a special promo code offering 50% off the same item.

  • Processing Time:
    Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

  • Stock Availability:
    Due to limited stock, we cannot guarantee a replacement or exchange for 100%. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you will be given the option to select a different item for replacement.


Return Instructions

With a Provided Return Label:

  • Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
  • Include a note with your order number and state the reason for return (damaged, replacement, exchange).
  • Ship the item(s) back within 3 business days.
  • Seal the package and use the return label provided.

Without a Return Label:

  • You may use your own shipping method. We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking numbers. Please retain the tracking number for your records. Lotusfate is not responsible for lost packages sent via non-trackable carriers.
  • Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
  • Include a note with your order number and reason for return (refund).
  • Ship the item(s) back within 3 business days.
  • Seal the package.

International Return Policy

  • Returns for exchanges, replacements, or refunds must be initiated within 30 days of delivery (as provided by the carrier).
  • International customers must cover the shipping costs to return products to the US.
  • Lotusfate will ship replacements (due to damage) free of charge to the destination country.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as final sale, including Women’s, Men’s, Kids’, Home Décor, or clearance items, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 5 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Pre-orders can be canceled at any time (before processing) for a full refund.

Special Sales & Promo Codes

  • Only one promo code can be used per order.
  • Special sales apply only to orders placed within the designated sale period.
